Swedish & Deep Muscle Massage
A Swedish massage is a relaxing and very enjoyable massage that feels good and reinvigorates. The Swedish style utilizes long, flowing strokes designed to increase circulation and blood flow.
A deep muscle massage is deeper, firmer, and focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure. This massage targets more specific areas of the body and may cause some soreness during and right after the session and will resolve within a day or two. Ideal for those suffering from neck and back pain.
